If you have specific questions about CAP, you can go to the CAP Knowledgebase on the National Headquarters Web Site.  It is a very useful tool.  It contains a searchable database of all the questions that people have submitted along with CAP's answer.  Usually the question you want to ask has already been asked by someone else so your answer is immediate.  If not you can post your question and someone from CAP will post an answer, hopefully sooner than later.  The graphic below shows you what the Knowledgebase page looks like.  Click on it and you will be taken there.  Then, ask away!
